Set in the West of Singapore, this new 950sqft BTO is intended to be a comfortable home for a family of 4. This required the concept to be as space savvy as possible in design.

Personally, we love the custom designed pull-out dining table. When concealed, it presents itself as a minimalist cabinet clearing up space for other use. Full extended, it can host the family’s meals and get togethers.

To further create liveable space, we had knocked down half of the kitchen. A mini walk-in wardrobe was done up at the request of the owners. We also levelled up the remaining bedroom area for a unique Tatami-style sleeping space, which can comfortably accommodate a family of 4.

Our clients were absolutely delighted with their new house and we wish them all the best ahead.
