The unique design of this home in the West is the use of geometric shapes and textures to create a contemporary and modern abode. Breaking up the otherwise monotonous white walls, creating beautiful statement walls that enhance the space. The couple specifically requested ample storage spaces so our designers implemented smart solutions that are seamless and flow with the house.

AP Concept’s selection of modern toilets with designer tiles creates staycation-like bathroom vibes. The bathrooms also use warm in-ceiling lighting which illuminates the dark designer tiles and black metal fixtures to create a modern luxury feel.

The kitchen was designed semi-open concept allowing for an open floor plan whilst keeping the cooking area separated. Our designers used warm LED lighting to create a glow effect and brighten up the space.

In the office, the use of a floating desk with a modern minimalistic look efficiently uses the full width of the room. To maximise storage space, our designers created a large shelving unit above the desk that reaches the ceiling. The strategic placement of the warm LED lights brightens the desk so that it is perfect for working from home whilst retaining its cosiness.
