The main living room brings your focus in with a beautifully crafted herringbone design for their feature wall. With a spacious curved sofa set complete with a surround sound system, it is the perfect setting for a home theater.

One of the key features of this home is this wall-to-wall styled mini home bars to beautifully display their extensive liquor collection. This super stylish bar exudes a luxe and moody ambience whisking you away after a long day.

The luxury of having multiple bathrooms, AP Concept designers paid close attention to giving them their distinctive aesthetic appeal. The first common bathroom is fully fitted out from wall to flooring with black marble interiors. Tucked in one cosy corner is a quadrant bathtub, a stylish yet practical way to maximise comfort while minimising footprint. The second common bathroom is decked in black & white marble. Saving the best for last is the master bathroom. Imagine yourself walking into a 5 star hotel suite, this is the bathroom you’ll be laying your eyes on. Going with a neutral cream marble interior, the highlights are the double basins & luxury gold fittings. From the wall mounted oval mirrors to the gold taps & shower accessories. This shower suite is simply breathtaking.

For a place of rest, the bedroom is kept more muted compared to the living areas. Yet, there are subtle key pieces that cohesively flow through the dwelling. The marble headboard & bed frame are the accent piece of the room. Full arch wall windows receive lots of natural lights, a gentle way to be awakened by nature.
